AT THE FALLS

Today d gr s and I met at Snoqualmie Falls for shooting with our twin cameras. He wanted to borrow my 18-200 lens, so I shot everything with a macro 105mm lens. No close-up shots here; but it was fun to experiment with just how far the lens would get. So, the photography is not great, but it was fun to try, and even more fun to be with B.
Can you hear the roar?
Just experimenting; the Falls are in the background:

Looking up at the ceiling support of the Falls overlook pavilion. The colors are true; the green comes from all that water spray over time in just, well, Pacific NW conditions. Kinda' like the mossy roof syndrome:

Nice ML!! Love that shot of the falls. Isn't it amazing what a macro lens can do? You know I use mine a lot as a 100mm lens. Great falls shot.

It was so much fun finally shooting together, it seems that we are on the phone often enough to seem like we shoot together ;-) it was great to see you Grandma and soak up some of your natural talent and eye for beauty.
